Welcome to the Amisty Wellness Training Centre Policy.
At Amisty Wellness, we foster a respectful, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students. To help us maintain this standard, please take a few moments to review the following policies.
By reading and understanding these guidelines, you’ll know exactly what to expect and how to prepare for your training. Following these policies ensures a smooth, productive experience for you and your fellow students.

Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Training will be provided in english only.

• In this course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of the lymphatic drainage system, hands-on techniques for the body and face, body sculpting methods and their effects, post-operative care protocols, client assessment skills, and essential marketing strategies.
• Students must attend all scheduled training hours, actively participate in class, and maintain professional conduct throughout the course.
• We award certification to students who successfully complete both the theory and practical components.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Student cancellation:

• A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for a full refund.
• Without two weeks’ prior notice, your deposit cannot be refunded but will be credited toward the next available training date.
• You may request a refund via e-mail at admin@amisty.ca

Instructor or centre cancellation:

• Students will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone
• You will have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

Attendance & Participation Policy

• Attendance & Participation:
  Students are required to attend and actively participate in all scheduled training hours to receive certification. Full attendance ensures you gain the complete knowledge and hands-on experience necessary for successful completion.
• Punctuality:
  All course material is important and builds on previous instruction. For this reason, arriving on time is highly recommended.
• Professional Conduct:
  Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the course without a refund.
• Dress Code:
  Please wear comfortable, professional clothing suitable for hands-on practice. Flat, closed-toe footwear is recommended for safety and comfort during training.

Health & Safety

• Please reschedule your training to the next available date if you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold or flu symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who is sick.
• We maintain a clean and sanitized space, following all public health guidelines for your safety and comfort.
• Conraindications or health disclosures will be required for hands-on-practice.

Accepted Payments: We accept various payment methods, including debit, credit cards, and cash.

** Please understand that completing this training does not qualify you to practice or work as a licensed massage therapist. **

Registration & Payment Policy: You can register online cart or over the phone. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the training program. The balance is due prior to or on the first day of training.
